Resverstrol is plentiful in japanese knotweed… which also happens to be one of the main herbal antibiotics for lyme disease - which is a major cause of arthritises and dimensias and hormone issues and…
Itʻs an affordable otc supplement.

I had 18months of unexplained joint pain. I had multiple appts with specialist, bldg work.... No one could tell me what was wrong with me. This makes the most sense!
Up until women became Doctors, we had to go to GYN for a simple yeast infection, but, yet, jock itch cream was sold over the counter, guessing the same for menopause. We need more Docs like you!

Resveritrol also helped with my IBS symptoms.
I started taking it it for pain and inflammation and was very surprised and pleased when my IBS calmed down.

❤ Hello MenoSisters!! Ugh, what a phase - I had no idea! Now I understand what my poor mother went through and with no help!😢
I have had terrible aches, esp in my elbows. Years ago, a doctor convinced me to buy a used portable infrared sauna and last night I used it and my pain is far less today. It's a Therasage, and being used, it was $600. I absolutely love it - it's my time to watch movies, so it's something sort of a treat. God bless you all, and thank you Dr.Mary Claire - we certainly need you advocating for us!!!❤

I use magnesium and it completely erases my muscular skeletal pain. The ResV cerebral vascular function is a whole other ball game. LOVE IT! Thank you for your work!

I have connected up with a nerve pain coach because I have had neuropathy in my feet for over 13 years of unknown origin. He has a protocol of infrared light therapy on my calves and feet, footbath with some kind of electrodes and a few supplements (nutrition) in which the the neuroxidant capsules have resveratrol in them. I am having good progress with his protocol - but have other menopause symptoms too. Great to know the connection there for the inflammation. Thank you for your research!

About joint pain, I would like to share something I discovered about myself. If I eat sugar and quick carbs for a while, suddenly my joints will get really sore all of a sudden, for apparently no reason. Often my nasal cavity will burn non-stop and I will be bloated. The first time I suffered all winter, until, to my surprise, I discovered all three were caused by CANDIDA. So the solution is no sugar or quick carbs for a few days, and all three go away. And if I eat sugar, they come back. This has never been problem when I was younger, but now that I am aware of it, I can do something about it right away.

One of my elbows and my shoulders have been hurting for the past 6months-ish. My doctor has told me that I’m likely pre-menopausal for the past couple of years. The more videos of yours I watch, the more I convinced I am. Now I just need to learn how to manage my symptoms and navigate this phase of my life.

First - thank you for working so hard to get this information out and heard!! I’m going to look to see if I can find out more about this clinical study. I believe one of the best things we can do for our future selves is to assess the health and well-being of our parents and take all of that critical information to a doc who will listen. I am a relatively healthy 58 year old G6P2 with no uterus and PCOS back in my 20-30s who left my last OBGYN appt still not knowing if my occasional joint pain and brain fog was work stress or possibly menopause. He said I could take HRT if I wanted to. What?? I do little to help my current overall health situation but just retired and determined to be the best I can be in the future. Your information is always relevant and dead on. Thank you!!

Is there anything you can recommend for rapidly aging skin?
I have read cortisol levels rise as estrogen levels drop and this contributes to aging skin. 😵‍💫 Thank you for all you do Dr. Haver I greatly appreciate you!💕🙏🏻
