This is helpful… I was really into what you were saying and kind of envisioning everything, with respect to a relationship I’m letting go of, and suddenly my lower back began to release more and more over a span of minutes. I’m very grateful for this video and I really appreciate your support and compassion, Jack. I love somebody who is not available, he’s in a relationship, he’s toxic for me and he is not compatible anyway. I know all this and I don’t answer his messages and ignore his advances. In spite of all this it’s hard to let go of this love and the hopes that are still alive.

Haven’t been in a relationship for over 14yrs, so that’s that, but this loss currently showing up in my career. I won’t have a job by mid next year (a profession I trained for for over 1.5 decades), sooo….life seems to be presenting another “growing opportunity”.
