2) Level up: empower yoursekf; do things to level up & improve yourself; take a course, do a program ex. Work out etc.
3) You are beginning/ starting a new relationship: build trust, go slower, this is a fresh start, you deserve a fresh start. I deserve a fresh start.

6) daily scripting-- all the things you did together that you're grateful about, grateful for things in the present that is happening, script your future together. (Ex. I'm grateful for.... -- create the ending I desire. )
7) Have gratitude journal: be grateful for something that has not happened yet. Get a situation w/c you scripted w/c you will be grateful for as if it had already happened.
Be grateful for a future situation w/c you would like to happen. Thank the Universe for something that has not happened yet.
