How to enable X.M.P or D.O.C.P. - Making your RAM faster

In this video I show you step-by-step how to enable XMP to run the RAM at its rated or advertised speeds. You should not do this if you are unsure about it or you capabilities. issues can arise from this on occasion, but not often.

You will notice that it also said what the RAM speed was running at when I was in the BIOS/UEFI in the top upper left. I misspoke saying it was the potential speed when it was the current. So you can use that and/or CPU-Z to check the speed it is currently running

I have a question for me it doesn’t show any of the xmp is it because I have windows 11?
