XMP should be part of the JEDEC standard. I shouldn't have to void any warranties just so my RAM runs at its advertised speed.

3600mhz RAM should default to 3600, not 2133.

In short: manufacturers will be able to advertise profiles that will only work in specific, overclocked test systems, and then add a second XMP profile that will actually work in your computer.

The irony is, that the motherboard at the end actually killed itself (in my system) while setting the secure boot. And had some issues before that
