My wife and I ditched sugars/sweets years ago along with processed foods but we’ve recently been learning about seed oils and couldn’t believe how many things in our fridge and pantry we had to toss. Now also ordering Sodium Butyrate to help detox from them.

Many olive oils have been cut with other seed oils, fiber is not needed. He has brought attention to some major issues but we need to widen the scope and understand what is the proper human diet based on facts. That’s what’s lacking is factual information. Our food guides are so misleading. The food pyramid is a complete joke.

Whole Food 's Market cooks all their food Bar and soup bar with canola oil. Also their name bran food loaded with canola, makes me sad because I like shopping at Whole Food's Market
