We visit America a lot from the UK and we are shocked at some of the foods and ingredients and chemicals that are allowed there. Even the supermarkets are a bit strange. We shop in Wholefoods Market as this is the standard of our supermarkets here. Although we do get junk here too of course but not as much. Even things like blue m&m’s for example are a different blue because they use different ingredients.

I‘m morbidly obese and tried all calorie restrictive diet and nothing helped me to lose weight, even if i was in a large calorie deficit and moved my 6-10k steps per day.
Than i discovered Dr.Pelz and Dr.Fung who teach me about fasting and cut out the carbs completely and now, oh wonder i‘ve lost already 20 lbs in just one month with OMAD . Even my 2 week travel through Italy did not ruin my weight loss. I ate carbs almost daily without fasting and did not gain any weight! Now i‘m back on track with the OMAD -fasting and lose weight without feeling tired, sick or even hungry. I feel that i have control again about my eating habits and can trust my body that everything is fine now without going crazy about all the food noises i had in that time i was counting calories.
Even if i only fasted during a couple of weeks, my body fixed my low metabolic system in that short time. It‘s worth it to keep on going this new lifestyle.
If you want to loose weight and be healed from all the side effects from a overweight body and mind, i can tell you that (intermitted) fasting is key!

When Aspartame first came out, my heart started pounding so hard, you could see my pulse in the vessels on my wrist! My doctor Dad recognized an allergic reaction and said I'd better not drink it. Saved from one of the many additives we have to label read for 💜

I have never eaten fish, lucky for me, BUT I was a diet coke addict for 30+ years. Back in the 80’s I would tell everyone that diet coke was making me fat and messing with my brain. I didn’t know why but i believed it to be true. Everyone thought i was silly or crazy (even doctors) And yes i was diagnosed with ADHD!
15 years ago, I got really sick and couldn’t drink soda. When I got well, I knew this was the time to stop, and I never looked back.
Thank goodness. Best thing I ever did for myself.

Thank you. #1 and#2 I already gave up. I turn 61 this week. I have decided I have a really bad case of ADHD. I have grown into it during menopause. I think I’m going to give up #3 for 30 days and see what happens. Thank you. Will let you know. I feel like I just got old in the last 6 months. I hope this makes a difference. I already have your books - but I lost them in my house. 😂I hope this helps me find them. ❤

My Naturapath Mother in Law now almost 90yo would tell patients (50 years ago) to get rid of their mercury fillings and she saw often would see immediate improvements in their health. She also experienced lots of ridicule at the time from Doctors and Dentists alike. ( Qld Australia).

Dear Dr Mindy. Thank you you so much for all the effort you put in this channel and your mission. I would please ask you for a video with information about oils. I am so confused. !!! In general I know canola oil is the worst and Olive, Coconut and Avocado are good. But what about certain seed oils like chia seed oil, hemp seed oil, sesame oil Please guide us on this. I tried to explain this to my in-laws who insist that drinking diet soda is a treat and theyre not giving it up even though they complain about everything its doing and they deny that it's the soda doing it. Just a quick heads up everyone farm raised salmon is deeper in colour than wild caught because they add dye to make it look better because of the poor way they were raised. And it's not natural colouring
