How Sharp Are Blade HQ Employee's Knives?

In this video, we're taking a look at the Sharp Employee knives from Blade HQ. We test out the sharpness of the blades to see how well they hold an edge.

That test method needs a jig to keep the blade straight when testing. It’s super inaccurate if not!

Yeah, my pocket knife is dull, like really dull. I mainly brute force my cuts, and maybe once in a blue moon, I'll sharpen it.

I sharpen my work knife with my bench grindee, 2 quick passes, finish with the wire wheel on the same machine, working edge every time.

What do you use to sharpen your knifes

It makes sense to have one not as sharp and one sharp one though. One to use for boxes and everyday tasks, another for when you just need a good ol’ sharp knife
