How Sharp Are These Crazy Small Knives?

I'm surprised nobody has commented on how the Spyderco being the sharpest still managed to tear the paper a little towards the end. It may only need a strop or something, but it's weird to keep that in when promoting sharpness in products.

You should use the scientific method; repeating the test several times with each knife. Then see what blade is best. It would also be cool to see which one maintains sharpness after repeated wire cuts. Love the vids….

You can have a really sharp piece of sheet metal. What matters with knives is how long the blade lasts.

+ You can always sharpen a knife but you can't make it last longer in use.

I thought you said the lower the number the sharper the knife but the one at 176 was sharp enough to shave with is crazy to me how much sharper can it get from there lol
