Personally, I prefer to go ham with a bench grinder until the knife is glowing and then throw it into a bucket of used deep fryer oil.

Tip: Try slicing thinner, shiny magazine paper or telephone book or rolling papers. Almost any sharpish knife can cut thick printing paper.

You can tell that knife wasn’t sharp after he did all that. You see the knife struggling to make a clean slice as he’s cutting the paper.

Okay, I just found a "Hollow" space in my work sharp. And the sharpening plates are held in place by a magnet. Inside the hollow space, is a tube of some kind. Any Idea's?
