Older and have chronic pain. It helps to push through, setting rest and work alarms so I can keep going. Doing everything yourself gets old and boring. Doing my best isn't always easy or good enough for what I want to accomplish. Your advice is wise. Thanks!

I would say that I most often use the very common "I'm too tired" excuse - especially if it's toward the end of the day and it's something I don't necessarily have to do. I've been meaning to go through my closet and drawers, etc., and get rid of so much stuff, but it feels like too big of a task... always. I think what I can do is just do one section at a time in the evening - making it achievable and bite-sized like you always talk about.

I love this. I also love that you mentioned running. My biggest goal right now is to get back in shape after having a baby. However, my biggest ‘excuse’ or ‘roadblock’ is that I have 3 kids and where do I find time to go running or go to the gym? After watching your video I feel motivated to try and find a solution and let myself be who I want to be.

Hi Tonya, I enjoyed this video. I procrastinate on typing up minutes for two reasons. 1) I do not understand all that they are talking about so it makes it difficult to know what is important to them and 2) No matter how I do them, they are picked apart.
