I have lost 25 pounds in 2 months. 3 changes were (1) only drinking water (2) walking 30 minutes a day (3) intermittent fasting from 7pm to 11am every other day. It isn't easy but after a week these became my new normal and became habits after just a few weeks. You can do it!

Helpful tip to stop eating 2 hours before bed, floss/brush your teeth. As soon as I'm done eating for the night, I floss and brush, since I don't want to have to do that again, I won't eat or drink anything other than water the rest of the night. My husb finds this helpful too

60 lbs gone since January I, 2024. Gave up sugar, carbs, soda! I have gone through head aches, shakes & Oxalate dumping. My boobs are gone, really, kind of miss them! Also my enormous behind. The five pound ham hocks on my upper back
G O N E !
A huge black head on my chin, that I couldn't get rid of for 40 years is gone! My gums have stopped bleeding when I floss...

The fact that you’re doing research in food makes me so happy. Food shouldn’t be labeled as “good” or “bad”, but “majority” and “rarely”.

In 2021 i lost 60lbs. In 2022 I lost my son 😢. In 2024 I'm 50lbs heavier than 2021...I'm ready to care about me again, and get back on track.

I’ve had 8 babies. It’s been so hard for me to lose weight, I started on my health journey about a month ago, I walk 5 miles or more every day. I’m hoping to see results soon, love your videos ❤❤

Cutting refined sugar has been huge for me!!! Now almost 3 months no refined sugar and no late eating and not only do I look the best I’ve looked since I was 20 ( I’m now 43), but I feel amazing too! Not going to lie, the first week was rough!!!! But I don’t even want sugar anymore or Starbucks…lol…which I used to drink almost every day! Thank you for such an amazing video! I have officially subscribed and am soooo excited for more content from you!!!! ❤

It’s rare to find a video that’s easy to listen to bc so many drag the info out. You are very easy to hear maybe bc you seem humble and honest while delivering your own journey of weight loss. I also felt like I was with a friend instead of a health instructor. I am very health conscious but make my own mistakes in sneaky ways I don’t see everyday. I love the coffee creamer too; it’s like a hug with my first cup. I have it for a while then go cold turkey bc of the sugar. My skeleton is I started drinking during covid. I drink rum with cranberry juice or another juice, cabernet wine, sangria in summer. This out in 25 lbs bc I couldn’t walk after having covid in 2020. I know the damage all this is doing. It’s that same time of day. So I’ve realized my issue and have to fight the habit. I never ate snacks after dinner bc I never had them growing up. I do t believe in them bc I’m going to sleep so why feed my body. I have noticed my weakness for wine and will only have it outside the home. This way I won’t drink the whole bottle. It’s so easy to get hooked on things some good some not good. I’m not going to beat myself up bc covid did that for me. It wrecked havoc on most of our psychs. So, if you start out slow, it will be easier to want to challenge yourself to do more. I wish us all patience with ourselves and each other. It truly is the journey not the finish line bc it’s along the way we stumble upon meaningful stops, turns teaching us to grab it and continue

Just found you. Lost 68 pounds since June 2023 But I have 45 pound to go to get. Down to 138. I do not do sugar free anything. Raw milk was a good change too. I use only coconut sugar!!! Its the best

I am 65 years old and gave up eating sweets and sugary foods. I lost ten pounds in a month. I do take one day a month to treat myself though. I have given up adding anything to my coffee years ago. I love black coffee now. I also dance the Mashed Potato, Wahtusi, Pony and Sloopy Walk now to keep me limber. I only drink water or unsweetened iced tea after my morning cup of decaf. I don't eat after dinner and I don't snack.

I always love to watch your videos and learn about your weight loss tips. They make so much sense! As for myself, I have increased my fiber intake from whole foods, increased my protein, decreased added sugars, and I log my food and activity level to make sure I am not going over in calories. It's so easy to do as a perimenopausal woman with a decreased metabolism (even though I am still very fit) and increased hunger!

This is great advice. * I would also suggest a food journal of all the things you eat during the day. It’s an eye opener, and It keeps you accountable. You’ll see where and when you’re going off track. I keep a little notebook in my purse.

Thank you for your tips. I'm struggling with weight loss for the last two years due to premenopause. Do you have any tips for weight loss that it's easy to manage because my job is very stressful & demanding that have to work long hours? Thanks
