You can't eat raw unless you live in somewhere like Thailand where the fruit is cheap and high quality. In the UK the fruit is expensive and very low quality so you will not have the energy or nutrients.

Hmmm agree that eating plenty of raw fruit and veg is very good for the body especially dark, raw, leafy greens. But I hesitate to say that certain cooked vegan food such as a good brown rice is not also beneficial for the body, or steamed oats. Keeping an open mind about being 100% raw but I do find a balance between raw and some quality vegan cooked wholefoods means I am at my optimum each day (I went raw for about 6 months but have since included some simple whole grains back into my diet). Keep it high raw for sure, simple and whole, but 100% raw? Not so sure anymore.

I eat breakfast and lunch raw (as a HCLF vegan) . For supper I have cooked starches like rice or potatoes. Is it bad if I have that cooked food as I still top it with lots of veggies ?
