A friend's win 10 is stuck in an Automatic Repair Loop. I'm trying to help him by Creating a Windows 10 media creation tool but I need to know if it's 32 or 64 bit. He can't get to the screen you used. Is there an alternate way to find out on a machine that won't properly boot into windows? I think it's 32 but not sure. It's an Acer notebook about 7 years old 4 gb ram, win 7 when purchased, but now win 10.

Hi, ive bought a computer with 8 GB of ram and i have even checked it the way you showed but it is still a 32 bit system. Now this is confusing for me bacause i play a lot of games and most of them crash because of my 32 bit system. Even at my system type it says that it is 64 bit based but i t has a 32 bit and im so confused. also where it says that i have 8 Gb it says that only 3.25 are usable, so im just asking if u could explain this to me and tell me if i could get my windows to a 64 bit somehow
