How to Find Computer Model & Serial Number of Windows 10 PC

In this video I am going to show How to Find Your Windows PC's Serial Number and Computer Model on Windows 10 or How to find the model number for your windows 10 laptop or Windows 8.

Command to find Serial Number:
wmic bios get serialnumber
OR
wmic csproduct get identifyingnumber

Command to find Computer Model
wmic csproduct get name

This instructions in this video tutorial can be applied for laptops, desktops, computers, and tablets which run the Windows 10 operating system like Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Professional, Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 10 Education. When I run any of the given command lines, it shows
ERROR:
Description = Invalid namespace
What does this mean?
Also I tried to get system model from system information. It displays 'Failed connection to this computer. Check to see that the Winmgmt service is running.' What do I do to find the laptop's model name?
