It only worked to a degree. It only went back so far in pictures to 11-14-2019 but I still can't FIND ANY pictures or video after that date til today & I Need to FIND them so I can make sure their there & delete 10, 000 pics off my phone so space can be freed up. I KNOW they downloaded but not into my picture folder for some reason as it used to do. So aggravated by this. Do you have any other further tutorial on this subject or any out there Know what else to do? Thanks

thanks for the help, is there anyway you can view all of your pictures like they would come up on facebook for example instead of the way its shown now with the the jpegimage as if i take alot of pictures and want to upload one you have to click on every picture link trying to find the right one instead of just looking at the picture?

Once you select that, and you have your files showing, how can you see the image before clicking on the file?

The tips do not work. When I press F3 there is no cursor "in this area over here". I do not even see "this area"."kind:images" tip does not work either - no images are "brought up" on the screen.I have Windows10 and I've had no problem with the program up to now, up to this inability to find where some of my images are hidden.
