You won't know if it increases your life by any percentage till you dead. I swear these people have endless studies but the content where you went running and trained for a marathon was so epic. Can't wait till you make a comeback for that. Can't lie. That journey was such a treat as someone who has tried to run and didn't understand how much to do initially. Epic.

Deadlifts are absolutely not good for longevity. It is really just good for the soul if anything.

I want to do stuff for my health but I am so out of shape I have to gasp for air even after short bursts of movements. Almost to the point where I have panic attacks

Can you explain what Zone 5 training is? Because Attia describes Zone 5 as improving vo2 max, but a 1x3 or 4x4 workout is what everyone else describes as heart rate zone 4…

I've been watching Pete attia's content on cardio a lot lately and I couldn't pin point something...Let's say I'm putting 4 hours a week into my Zone 2 (which is 80% of my total weekly cardio), and I add 20% to those 4 hours, so that makes 48 minutes of VO2 Max training...My question is: Should my 48 minutes of VO2 max training be in this 4×4 interval? 4 minutes all out and then 4 minutes easy until I reach my 48 minutes?

How does 1/3-body weight rucking factor into this?

Doesn’t Peter Attia say 4x30 min lifting sessions (vs 60 min)?

Does anyone know about the 20% rule in zone 5? For instance, if I follow a pattern of 4 minutes on and 4 minutes off, should I consider only the 4 minutes on towards the 20%, or should I include the total of 8 minutes in the calculation?

I’m a tourist lol so forgive me for this dumb question but what’s the difference between Zone 5 and HIIT?

Lactate below 2 ml. Lol. Just go for conversational pace with easy natural breathing. Ain't nobody actually need to take lactate tests. Protip: not everyone's Z2 is at 2 mmol, it's not even repeatable between the same person because lactate levels depend on things as basic as hydration
