Óðinn is the father of Týr, Heimdallr, Þórr, Meili, Bragi, Baldr, Höðr, Hermóðr, Víðarr, and Váli. Týr the son of Óðinn and Hróðr as well as the foster son of Hymir. Heimdallr the son of Óðinn and Angeyja, Atla, Eistla, Eyrgjafa, Gjálp, Greip, Imðr, Járnsaxa, and Ulfrún. Þórr and Meili the sons of Óðinn and Jörð. Bragi the son of Óðinn and Gunnlöð (Not Frigg). Baldr, Höðr, and Hermóðr, the sons of Óðinn and Frigg. Víðarr the son of Óðinn and Gríðr. And finally Váli, the son of Óðinn and Rindr. The rest have unreliable sources and are untrustworthy. Also, Thor has three kids, Magni, Modi, and Þrúðr. Heimdallr has three kids, Þræll, Karl, and Jarl. Baldr had a son with Nanna as well named Forseti.

I know it's a common misconception, but the Jotnar were not giants. Ymir certainly was a giant due to his size but he unique, and he wasn't technically a "Frost" giant as he looked just like a regular man, only way bigger.
And while there are Frost and Fire versions, who resides in Niflheim and Muspellheim respectively, the vast majority of those living in Jotunnhein, are neither frost nor fire.
Many people seem confused about the Jotnar, but they were not a different race, but a tribe, just like the Aesir and Vanir were tribes. And they were generally human-looking, although several were hideous and troll-like, They also were generally the same size as men, but were beings of chaos, essentially making them gods of chaos. Basically the Jotnar were chaos forces (storms, forest fires, blizards, landslides, flood, etc.) so they came in many versions. Fire, Frost, Sea, Storm, etc. A few did grow to gigantic size, but they were generally born at regular size, but would grow at a fast rate to reach their size, and some were in the shape of animals, like Fenris, Garm and Jormungandr, or be only part animal. Some even had mutliple of these traits so they could be gigantic and in the shape of Animals (Fenris and Jormungandr).
The Jotnar are actually a lot more fascinating and intersting then simple "A race of Giants" and I wish people would stop with that misconception and actually learn what Jotnar really are, because they are very cool.

The Extra detail: Odin has two brothers Vili & Vê who have been with him since the beginning of everything and helped Odin kill Ymir, his grandfather the first giant but I think that in the God of war universe Odin killed them after their death of Ymir
