My left glute is noticeably weaker and smaller than my right glute. So much so, that I started experiencing sciatic nerve type symptoms on that side.

I've been doing some of your mobility work for glute activation, L AIC, R BC that I found here after a series of minor injuries with the right arm and a squat that was basically turning into a right single leg squat with a pronounced size difference in my R quad and L glute. Definitely feeling more sore on the right glut after squats now. I'm taking that as a sign that it's getting activated. My squats, and snatch still kind of track over to the right but after 2 weeks it's quite a difference. 6'4" 275 pound medical doctor / amateur rugby player.

My right glute is weaker, but my SI joint is pointing outwards on my left side. This is because I have scoliosis which makes everything so much more complex.

Would love to have a video dedicated to scoliosis.

It's my left side that comes according to the stand position you take when you do hard work for 8 hours or longer

Would you say right quad being stronger than the left is a result of this glute imbalanced? I've noticed my right quad, calf and foot are noticeably more muscular than the left side. To make up for the lack of glute strength and activation I'd guess.

I got a weak right glute max and weak left glute medius, it’s really weird. The QL on the side with the weak glute medius started to compensate and hike my hip up on that side. All that pain from a weak ass.

I'm a little confused. I thought you had another video saying the left side tended to be smaller and less activated. I'm also studying PRI as a physical therapy and I'm sure there is crossover information between you and Neal Hallinan.
