I am doing what I can to keep me have had no TV for 15 years or do walk 7 miles 4 or 5 days a week....I am 69 and retired....as I see it the number one job is to keep me healthy....all my work life was construction work...that kept me in shape...now I have a different way to keep me in shape....thank Dr. Dhand for all you are doing

This Dr. is a breath of fresh air. I have never heard the behind the scenes politics of medicine explained this way. But I knew these kinds of things were true. After spending hundreds of hours studying nutrition, watching YouTubes on the pharmaceutical industry, and dropping seven prescription drugs I was told I would be on for life. (By cutting out processed sugar and processed foods) I knew big business was behind making and keeping Americas sick. Sick patients are good business.

Hello Dr. Dhand. You speak of a very scary situation. The good food is not here for a price people can pay. People should get together and cooperate to bring good food to their family. I don't care if they have to buy five crock pots and leave them cooking all day using decent recipes without seed oils and with as many organic ingredients as they can get. People need to brake the mold of "my doctor will keep me healthy and insurance will pay for it and drugs will cure me."

Dr Dhand, I am 81, a retired RN with a BSN and a PHD in Naturopathy. I have been on every old and new diet program espoused. When I turned 15, I gained 14 lbs without any change in my eating habits. I quit eating anything except a boiled egg or a piece of meat. I lost the 14 pounds in 2 weeks. I have lost that same 14 pounds over and over again. I have found that the hardest thing to do is change food preferences. I have also read books on the damage happening to our environment, food, and every new thing/device. Our foods are poisoned. They have been picked too soon and put into storage for and excessive amount of time while being gassed, irradiated, artificially colored and sprayed with non-biodegradable pesticides. Our healthcare system is a joke and irrevocably broken. I consider it guilty of racketeering. Alass! I don't worry about it anymore. I eat whatever I like now and have ceased to worry about it. I do enjoy your presentations. Buona Fortuna.

I dont trust doctors nor dentists. I dont know what to eat anymore. I pray and put myself in Gods hands and i do what i can do. I exercize, i try to eat healthy, and i learn like listening to doctors like you Dr. Dhand that really care for people. WE NEED TO PRAY!

Thank you. At 70 and having seen the better of our health system and now the worst it’s great to have a medical person (doctor) other then myself to acknowledged this. When I first started in the system myself at 20 I could see any doctor I wanted. Did not need prior approval. I could see my doctor that day or week. I could get a script and walk to my pharmacy and get it refilled. No prior authority needed. When I saw my doctor could spend half hour talking. No iPad. They looked at me and knew me. They listened. It’s hard to believe how bad it is now. I put off going not to join the “circus” now. The young will never know how different it was. As a veteran the service doctors were the same. great back then. Not now, they have sold out too.
