161222 I've done this flow before, maybe sometime late 2019, early 2020 but didn't leave a comment. I've done quite a bit of online yoga since and I've come to realise that Lesley was teaching mainly to Intermediate yogis. The flow isn't complicated, but it's fast! If you are a beginner, I think it would be hard to keep up. Lesley was great, the FM classes are great, they are a real work out. Thank you. Namaste.

Her teachings and light are always wonderful, after many years and some complications in life I stopped doing yoga, but now I will journey again as I did in the beginning with you, thank you Lesley and family.

The opening and closing intention/mantra helps me quiet my mind chatter. The very end with hands to forehead, heart, and lips was something I had never done before and I got all teary. Thank you for Day 1.

Thank you for this 30 day program! I completed Hatha Yoga Happiness last January, and I was truly inspired by it. You and your husband are really dedicated to bringing yoga to all. I love the arial landscapes in your videos. This improves your videos greatly. It makes me wish that I was there instead of here in the bitter cold of Nebraska!

Hi Lesley! I just finished the January 2019 yoga challenge and decided to check some of your other series. I've picked this one to do for the next month. I enjoyed it, but must say that the pace was a bit too fast, which can make it difficult for beginners. Still, I enjoyed it. Thanks!

This is my second round. I workout every day at 5 am. And I noticed I don't urge coffee that much as I used to. Really enjoying this program. Thank you.

I missed you so much! I haven't been practicing lately because I have been working 12 hours a day... this year I need to find a way to add yoga into this new crazy schedule. First try will be in the morning, waking up 30 min earlier. I hope I can keep it up! Starting again felt so good!

Thank you for this practice. I found the tempo to be perfect- not too fast and not too slow. A great class to get warm but not sweaty! I'm starting this challenge right before Thanksgiving so here is to hoping I can stick with it. Looking forward to tomorrow.
