When i first switched to monitor on ps4 i couldn’t believe how clear fast and smooth it was compared to tv its like going from console to pc

FOR ALL THE CONFUSED PEOPLE. If you get a 240 hz monitor or 144hz or 165hz monitor (doesnt matter) on ps4 or xbox 1, the fps will still be the same because old gen is capped at 60 fps. But ... The screen will feel alot smoother than a 75 hz or 60hz monitor. Because the frames generate a bit faster. So the game will feel smoother and you will have less input lag. (From my experience. I moved from a 50 hz monitor to a 165 hz monitor on ps4 and i play warzone, warzone 2, call of duty, qnd i must say, it feels so more satisfying and smoother than the trashy 50hz monitor i had.) I hoped this helped :)

U can get 120 fps on any xbox made after the 1 bc there is a certain setting search up how to get 120 fps on xbox

tv is good for singleplayer games on a couch, for calm gaming sessions, but monitor is better for a chair and faster paced multiplayer games

Xbox 1s can run 120fps if you have a 4k monitor and or a 144hz followed by a 120hz hdmi cord
