This video shows types of structures, There are three main types of structures on basis of dimensions. Structures have different types depends on various conditions.

1D STRUCTURES:
It means that 1 dimension of structure is large as comparison to the other 2 dimension of the structure, Examples are beam, truss.

2D STRUCTURES.
It means that 2 dimension of structure are large as comparison to the other 1 dimension of the structure, Examples are slabs, plates, shells.

3D STRUCTURE.
It means that three dimensions of structure are same. Examples are like footing having all dimensions same.
