Types of loading on a structure

This video shows the types of load on a structure. There are two main types of load, these are dead and live load. Further classification of loads comes under these two categories. Snow, rain, flood, wind, earthquake, earth pressure all these loads comes under the category of live load while self weight of a structure comes under the category of dead load.
