How do we get our bodies to “eliminate” waste 2-3x/day???😵‍💫. I’ve increased eating lots more fruits & veg, either solid or in smoothie form and even more whole grains. Also eat nuts/seeds every day & healthy fats. But I’m doing well /feeling lucky to get one BM a day. 😅. Also taking a magnesium supplement to aid toward that end.
Do I need to go all raw vegan food to do 2-3/day???

Maybe I’m missing the consistent walking of one hour/day?
