I’m excited to do this tomorrow’s morning! But one question, is it ok to lift weights after 4 months of c section? I usually lift between 10kg or less

I've done your advanced ab workout and I would love another one that is tough like that. I feel this one more on the sides of my butt which is great but I Def want more ab burn. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
