This is so practical and non-restrictive! It's easy to remember when you are out, especially for restaurants that don't have healthy menus. Thank you for making this sustainable!

I love how you explain things! It really cleared up some confusion i had with what i should eat while working out. And i also like that you keep it simple as well as enjoy the occasional unhealthy foods :)

Love your videos and content! Best thing I've heard diet and nutrition!! Ever thought about doing a series on a real person or a new mom like myself during this pandemic. I would love to see you take a real woman, new mom and make a normal person into a super hero. Especially a mom since we are and should look like a super hero!!!

Never clicked so fast! As always, a very straight forward video 👏🏼. Thank you on the emphasis on living life and not stressing too much about eating clean 100% at all times. Such a realistic take on food and diet which helps a lot of people to have a more realistic and healthy relationship with food. Excited to see more in-depth workout videos on your channel as well. More power to you! ✨

Fo sure bro! Whether I’m getting Thai, Chinese, indonesian, Indian or whatever; I avoid the sauces or ask for it on the side (especially Indian food)
If Mexican food I cut down on the cheese and sour cream and have more pico de gallo
Get the baked or grilled option rather than the fried option (grilled tofu or chicken rather than fried tofu, orange chicken etc)
Sides will be more veggies, beans, salad rather than fries 👍 good video

Great advice--the worst is eating a carb filled dinner only to still be hungry afterwards. I know this sounds goofy, but I also ask for my food free of dressings and sauces because they usually have too much sugar or inflammatory seed oils. So I bring my own in my purse in small discreet containers, like sugar free BBQ sauce or my own homemade dressing.
