No, it's not. I take 100mg melatonin suppositories (homemade), and they give me so much energy!

we make plenty of melatonin endogenously, we dont need an artificial external source. furthermore, the amount of it in supplement form is way too much to be condidered healthy in any regard. there are many safer ways to achieve neuroplasticity; normal and natural sleep, for one!
plus fish/cod liver oil and a plethora of other vitamins and minerals, along with simple things like exercise and reading.
