I'm 55 and spent 20 years of my adult life celibate. Sex is definitely overrated when you don't have a soul connection to someone. Most men aren't as good at sex as they like to think they are. I've had some sexual encounters in the past where I wish I had just gone to the gym instead.

Some people assume if you're single there's something wrong with you. Fact is, its being single that helps you find a right partner, a suitable one, because you reflect & become more discerning. If people choose to be celibate its usually because they had enough of being treated disrespectfully in one way or another. That's good for the mind, body & soul. You get to know yourself better. I think a lot of young girls and woman should choose this, it's a healthy thing and you will be focus on your maker so you can make better life choices. Less divorce rate. Teen pregnancy ect.

FACTS! You can get so much done when you take sex out of the equation! It gives you deeper & more meaningful relationships with people bc they already know what's NOT going to happen. People are truly blinded by sex, they fail to realize you can be intimate without that type of physical. Nice video!

Been divorced for 14 years, rededicated myself to Lord Jesus in 2016, and have been celibate since then. Although I'd like to be married again to be able to experience a true ordained marriage, but if it never happens.. I've made my peace w/ Father God and myself that I'm totally fine w/ it..
