Crispy and light BAKED FRIES!

INGREDIENTS


3 potatoes


10g (1 1/2 tbsp) of flour


Vegetable oil


10g (1 1/2 tbsp) of breadcrumbs


8g (1 1/2 tbsp) of parmesan


Salt


Rosemary


Olive oil



METHOD


1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Transfer them to the bowl.


2. In a bowl with potatoes add the flour, oil, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and rosemary and mix all well.


3. Transfer the potato strips to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the breadcrumbs, salt and olive oil and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.


4. Serve baked fries on a serving plate and enjoy.
