Tried these and they were delicious! The breadcrumbs really make the difference. I used only two tbsp olive oil and used my copper crisper so I didn't have to flip them. So delicious!

I just made these and they are AMAZING! I used quite a bit less oil and they came out super crispy and delicious. Not to mention they were pretty quick and easy. I'll definitely be making them again.
