How To Make The Best Oven Fries #shorts

Today I share a fun trick / hack to making the best oven fries! The cross-hatch pattern lets more of our seasoning to infuse the potato and with just a light coating of oil or butter they will come out oh so crispy! Not to mention they are super fun to pull part with your hands.

In the oven cook @ 425F for ~40 minutes, flipping once after 20 minutes.

These also work great in an air fryer, I cook mine 20-25 minutes @ 400F, no need to flip!
