Well, after years of living with dry eyes, I have tried just about everything: duct blockers, fish oil, ointments, PF artificial tears. Done with blood test for Sjogren syndrome (negative)... I have yet to try new eyes. Volunteers?

For anybody struggling with dry eyes. Try the eyebrow exercise. Lift each one, one at a time like ”the rock” look up who the rock is and his famous eyebrow lift lol. Do these for about 30 minutes. Be sure to switch eyebrows! Nobody will share this information and many sites have took my comments down. This has stopped my dry eye completely and it is no where to be found. I use to wake up at 6am to go to work. I recently Changed my sleep schedule a few weeks ago. The other day my eyes outta no where turned red. (At night time) but throughout the day they aren’t that red but they still show a glimps. Last night my left drew a tear but it wasn’t a lot. My right eye didn’t show a tear wat does that mean ? Btw my eyes don’t itch or hurt they feel normal my vision is normal but the color looks weird(my eyes sclera)

About 4 weeks ago I started feeling blurry vision, sensitivity to room lights, redness in eyes

I went to the doctor ( my eyes wasn't red at that time), he gave me a glasses of 0.25 CYL and SPH, And 170 Axis. I Used it for a week, then i went to another doctor, he said that your eyesight is okay, you have dry eyes and gave me some medicines including eyedrops for fake tears. I have been using it for 2 weeks but still feeling the same. I'm 19 years old and my vision was completely okay a month ago.
What should I do? I also have been using the glasses because I see a little bit clear in it
