I deleted some of my videos in 2019 and it coming back this year but i cant play it. It says processing video and blue circle running a round. Can you help me? And does not display the length of the video just a play button.

Hey it's me again I have another question maybe you are able to help me I've noticed that some of my videos that I have on Google photos have either a black screen for some and other show a thumbnail picture that way I know what I'm looking at and they all work though is there any way to get that black screen to show a thumbnail?

Hi I had issues of some videos in Google Photos - "Can't play Video" error.

Now, I have a new Problem.
Most of my photos and videos are not available to view in my Phones's Google Photos - But I'm able to view it from My laptop in Google Photos.

I've been having so many issues with Google Photos and it's been really pissing me off. As of today, I cannot play ANY videos all of a sudden. Either can't play video, or processing. I really don't understand. I thought backing up your photos meant they were safe and now it won't even work.
