Well because of the problem I’m having, I couldn’t hear what you were saying- 🤷🏼‍♀️ so much for me trying to fix this. Maybe if you captioned the video those of us who are having this problem could actually understand. I tried to follow the visuals as much as I could but all of those settings that you showed and I was able to check were in the correct position so I don’t know what’s causing this. Just FYI about the audio you might really want to caption it.

ever since last update i have been having issues that i can not keep fixed. the above vid shows how you swipe down and you can see all those options. no longer on mine. all i get is the flashlight and camera option. where did everything else go?

YouTube and Facebook videos and Voice memos won't play sound (even unmuting) while at a restaurant. Once home they play fine. Any ideas on that? I tried suggestions above! Thank you.

Thanks man! That fixed it, phew! Dragging the screen up from the bottom, the volume was turned off. x Don't know how I managed to do it whilst watching Netflix last night! 😮

My cell records ALL vids with no volume. I always hav to unmute wen i replay it. But family just deletes them bc they are sick of the silent vids. Ive tried everything. My cell is updated too. I wish there was a mute button that i cld click PRIOR to filming.
