/// HOW I KNIT MY SCARF ///

The scarf in the video is knit with around 350 grams of bulky weight yarn.

During quarantine I've been watching a lot of tutorials for all sorts of things, from finger knitting a blanket to oil painting, cooking to foot peel masks, and transplanting plants to more advanced variables of coding, and not a single one of those probably 90 tutorials I've watched have taught me something so clearly and inspiringly. I hope you are a master in some many other things because I would literally watch you teach me how to boil water. Thank you!

I researched a lot of ways to knit, watched hours of tutorials, and this is by far the most clear I've watched. Everything made sense. Already subscribed and can't wait to watch more videos!

I know this is an old video, but I just wanted to come back and say thank you so much for this tutorial! I'm generally not very confident in my ability to learn new things on my own, and so knitting seemed incredibly daunting. Seeing this video, incredibly comprehensive and simple allowed me to make 3 scarfs! Much peace and love, keep it up! :)

I'm a 56 yr old man whose never knitted in his life. I was desperate for a scarf like Tom Baker's Dr Who (my favourite Dr) so I thought I'd better learn. This was THE clearest tutorial I have come across! It's amazing. My scarf is now six inches long! Only 12 feet to go!!

I cant even begin to thank you enough. You're a fantastic teacher. My gran yanked her hair out trying to teach me knitting to no avail. I'm so excited to show her what I've learned when she wakes up in the morning!! Shes going to be so proud. I cant thank you enough. You have no idea what this means to me! :')

I loved how slow and thorough the instructions were! Some tutorial / beginner videos are poorly done, expecting beginners to know something they don’t. Thank you!

This is a wonderful video and got me knitting in no time! A few tips based on my personal experience....
1) Use needles at least this big or bigger. I started out with smaller ones and it was way more difficult
2) Use white or light-colored yarn. I was using black at first and it was impossible to see what was going on
3) Loosen up! I was knitting so so tight at first, I could barely push the needle through. I think this channel has another video about tight knitting, but the main thing that helped me was making sure I wasn't knitting on the tips of the needles. Drag every stitch down the needle a bit so it's sitting on the widest point.
