Thank you so much for this video! I used this to get me started when my best friend went in for surgery to remove a brain tumor. I continued to knit the entire time and the next day while he was in ICU. I’ll continue knitting now because it gives me peace and a way to create something for people I care about. ❤

I’m 20. Diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Some random night I decided to try knitting. This tutorial got me started on something that would eventually genuinely help my mental health for the last year and a half. It’s calming for when I’m feeling anxious. I've been trying to learn how to knit for a few years now and these are the only instructions that have ever made sense to me in all of my searching.
