Increasing tax rates are the reason I rolled over my 401k to a Roth. I don’t want to be 59 paying taxes on current income on withdrawals made from my retirement account. I'm now seeking best possible areas or ways to gain wealth in today's economy.

I don't pay my taxes, they're taken from me every week... but come tax season, when they owe me, they don't pay unless I submit forms and apply for a return... criminal

You pay tax on your salary
You pay tax when you buy food
You pay it when buying gas..cars..building materials..etc. you build your house and pay for a permit for everything...then property tax on your home ...even though you have paid tax on the materials...did I forget anything? I mean when does it end?

Side note, if the IRS owes you money on a return and you don't file your taxes they don't care.

They just keep the money and you're none the wiser.
