Thanks brother. I really love the sense that you talk. 6 weeks ago I completely changed my diet. No more sugars and very minimal carbohydrates. Can't believe how much better I feel at 60 years old. My wife is way too headstrong to change her ways though. Thanks again for shedding some killer light on living a much healthier life

Celery is not real common here in the Philippines but I can usually find it in the larger city supermarkets and I freeze quite a bit and eat it often. Lots of new types of veggies here also and I am still learning about them.

Thank you Doctor G.
With the Plant Paradox I got rid of my headache and stomach issues.
I haven’t taken a pain killer in two years nor a protonic pump.
God bless you.

I've always heard that root vegetables should be eaten in the winter and NOT in the summer. Most root vegetables are winter vegetables and the part that is eaten is under the soil, whereas summer vegetables are produced above ground. My family practiced this method of eating vegetables and none of them were ever overweight.

I’ve agreed with most things you have said, up until the no celery juice point . It has helped my skin and overall health tremendously and has had similar effects on many people .

Whole sardines in EVOO or in tomato sauce (spicy or not) are a must just try it and add a little ACV...!!! Here on the other side of the
pond, it's a delicacy...!!!

I have been eating konjak noodles for years. Rinse thoroughly then throw in a hot frying pan sprayed with olive oil spray. After water has disapated add cheese or cooked vegetables or both...yum.

Brisling Sardines (also known as Sprats), are tender and not dry like normal Sardines are. They are the tastiest, highest quality Sardines available, although technically Sprats are not Sardines. Sprats and Sardines are different Species although from the same Family.

Thank you for this podcast. It looks like benefits of Salmon Roe were missed. Could you pleases talk about it as it typically considered as having negative impact due to high cholesterol.

Question: Allulose is always referred to as having been “discovered” in figs; but what industrial process has to occur to end up with a 1 lb or 2 lb container? It’s not like it’s made from ground up figs (a la coconut sugar).

I understand allulose’s reputed positive qualities, but is this a sugar analogue to seed oils?
