Bobby, I cannot tell you how many times I have tried and failed to make rice in my life. It's so embarrassing because I know that literally millions if not billions of people make rice every day, but every time I try, I end up WAY over- or under-cooking it, no matter how careful I am. I tried this recipe and all your tips the other night, and I ended up making perfect, delicious rice--for the first time in my life!! Thank you for this great video, you're a life-saver!! The only problem was that a little bit kind of burned to the bottom of the pot--any tips on that?
