You can always start with smaller Russian classics, just to get the ball rolling :) Like Alexander Kuprin or Ivan Bunin's stories or Dostoyevsky's novellas. The heavy stuff is quite intimidating, isn't it?

god i canNOT relate i have always loved fairy tales...Brothers Karamazov is my favorite Russian classic! (granted i have not read THAT many russian classics...) I hope you enjoy it! it IS pretty melodramatic though lmao so...
