I think Axiom is playing the game pretty well so far. They really don't want to be lumped in with BO and Virgin which the press is all to quick to do. They have NASA and the ESA behind them more than just passively and doing all the marketing inside the industry. I nice set of flights to normalize the perception and then the dramatic first module is when they need the PR burst.

I didn’t realize they had their own channel, but duh! I met one of their guys at Fahy’s Irish Pub in the French Quarter a couple months ago. We could talk thanks to you Jordan. I was well prepared.

I think they will get more attention when the hardware starts going up. In the meantime, to the general public, I think they might just be seen as a bunch of wealthy guys playing with their experiments on the ISS. By the time it’s free-flying, they should have generated plenty of interest.

I got really pissed today seeing an Austrian news site call the Ax-1 crew tourists. It might not be entirely wrong, but it's still stupid and ignorant of the actual scale of the mission.

Just like SpaceX has led the way for commercial space travel, Axiom is leading the way for commercial space habitation. This is just about a perfect partnership.
While BO brags and blusters, these companies are just getting the job done!

Axiom is doing pretty well, they could use some more publicity, but publicity at this point is not going to do them any good until they actually have their first module attached to the ISS. They have a good chance to put something in space before Blue Origin and that will really put them in the driver's seat. The media likes to compare BO to SpaceX like as if they were on the same level, but of course they are not. So, if Axiom can get their project in space, they'll start to be compared to BO and that should give them a big boost in publicity.

What pisses me off is that what media is out there calls it a "Tourist" flight. These folks may not be NASA astronauts....but they are doing real science.

I don't usually subscribe to a company's channel until they have a working product. I mean I don't even do that for Space X until they landed their first booster.

I'll subscribe to Axiom when they have their station.

Good call to help boost their channel. I've been aware of them as a company for several years, but never thought about them on youtube. I've subbed now! 🍺😁 I think they will emerge strong from their "silent" phase.
