Any SUV in this segment beats the RAV4 in every way. How the mighty have fallen. Years ago I would’ve chosen Toyota but now, the Forester, CX-50 and other suvs in this category.

Cx50 all day. Toyota's are cheaply made, so yeah, you'd think simple, less complex things will last longer? Wrong! My 2019 Camry XSE started breaking down after only 1 year. Got rid of it in 2022 for my Cx50. Love it and will not be returning to Toyota.

RAV4 Prime has everything including serious gas mileage as well as performance! The CX-50 does have more luxurious touches to the vehicle as well as a stylish look. Both cars are great, although I personally would stay away from the turbocharged CX-50 as it might not last as long as the naturally aspirated version.

Does Toyota have no idea that their RAV4 is out-of-date or is the market team forced to put on this video? Comparing RAV4 against CX-50? Seriously? If you want the panoramic sunroof in RAV4 in Canada, prepare CAD 66k (tax included) for the highest trim. Also, even for the highest trim, all seats are SofTex, i.e. fake leather. No heads-up display. Meanwhile, CX-50 has a panoramic sunroof, genuine leather seats and a heads-up display just for CAD 54k (tax included) with a 2.5L turbo engine and excellent transmission.

If you say RAV4 is a hybrid, yes, it is more economical, yet, if I want to save money, I will buy a low-trim hybrid to save more money, rather than go up to a top-trim hybrid on RAV4. The low-trim is just a piece of car with nothing. We have yet to discuss the wait time of any hybrid RAV4; estimated delivery time? 12 months according to sales. Jesus, one year later? Meaning the new car you got is another year out-of-date.

Yeah, customers understand math and Toyota is basically stupid enough to put on this video for comparison.

CX5/CX50 is better than any Toyota combine . RAV4 needs a massive redesign this thing is so ugly only a mother can love it, the interior is plastic fantastic, the front grill is so ugly it hurts. The only thing the RAV4 got going on is reliability
