Trying out the Black Myth Wukong benchmark with maxed-out settings (Cinematic Quality). Running on the GeForce RTX 4090 at 4K (EPIC) settings.

0:00 - 4K (RT + DLAA + No FG)
3:45 - 4K (RT + DLAA + FG)
6:50 - 4K (RT + DLSS 75% + FG)
9:55 - 4K (RT + DLSS 50% + FG)
13:00 - 2K (RT + DLAA + No FG)
16:05 - 2K (RT + DLAA + FG)
19:10 - 2K (RT + DLSS 75% + FG)

Thank you, you are about the only one that has results with native Resolution and no FG, regardless of bad the performance is in that case. Kudos !

So I am in my office now, so I just ran a benchmark on my PC from work, with 4070, 60 avg fps with everything cinematic, full RT and 75% DLSS + FG at 2k, 40 avg fps if 100% DLSS, which I think they have done a good job at it, on this same spec, could not even have the same outcome in CP2077, which is relatively an old game with last gen graphic, I would go home and run again on my 4090 tonight, should be fun.

Why did you not list your PC specifications? A computer consists of more than just a graphics card.

RT matters for highlight, shadow and reflections. So you need to look at those things, such as rock's reflection on the water, tree shadows on a very bright rock, etc.

I got 140 fps on these details at 1440p with DLSS quality (not DLAA) .

Not gonna lie this is very demanding, still it’s better than Hellblade 2 AW 2 and other ue5 games like Bodycam or don’t scream

the bosses fights are not as hard as the soulslike games. and it's linear, not open world.
this story is set after the journey of the west.
some bosses have 2nd phase, if you defeat them fast enough in 1st phase(the time frame is unknown yet)
there are 2 ways you can gain transformation/shapeshifting to defeated monsters(not all monsters), 1. obtain the weapon of the monster 2. capture defeated monsters with the gourd.

method 1 you shapshift into the monster within a limited time frame, you change back to monkey after the timer expires or hp bar goes down to 0, basically gives you an extra HP bar.
method 2 let you combine the monster's attack into your monkey attack combo seamlessly.

the last but not the least, plz remember that this game is made by a 140ish employees studio, it might not be as polished as other games made by other bigger studios.

I know it's just for benchmarking but the idea of having 4K *and* DLAA on is so nuts lol. You'd need lioke a 75" TV and be sat 1ft away from it to even notice the difference
