I have a protection order against my ex wife & in that order was a parental agreement. My ex wife was summoned but never showed up to court she ended up fleeing the country. I filed for divorce which resulted in me having sole custody of our children fast forward I’m officially reunited with my children but now her lawyer reopened the case to go over the custody agreement due to her not knowing of the court proceedings & she has a pending interference of custody order & domestic battery case what should I do with the custody case now that it’s reopened?

My ex took me through a divorce after 30 years of marriage.  There was no acts of violence or infidelity. We separated for 3 years in May 2020. She went to the friend of the court in Galveston county and filed October 2022. The divorce was uncontested and we both agreed that she keep her car and 401k and I keep mine. Divorce was finalized in Jan 2023 without a qdro and it stated that husband keeps 100% of retirement and or 401k benefits  and it said the same for her. I've since remarried in April 2023 and very happy. Now she just sent me a certified mail that needed my signature because she wants half of my 401k and it was a QDRO filed October 2023. She wanted it signed by me so she can take it back to the friend of the court to amend the divorce decree. Is she allowed to amend the decree after it's finalized??

What form do I have to do and fill out in order to change the conditions on the divorce papers? My ex-husband was the one to file and got a lawyer I don’t have a lawyer? We have no young kids. They’re all adults. It’s three things I wanna change he wants me to sign a waiver. He wants me to refinance a car that still under both of our names, refinance it under my name and he wants me to change my name. If I can take off those conditions off, I will sign a divorce paper and I don’t want nothing from him I was married over 22 years

My wife and I divorced in 2017 and during that time I bought a house through a bond which I'm paying for and a car which she was paying for. As part of the settlement of divorce we " agree" that everyone should keep what's in their name and she took the car as she was the one paying for it and left with other properties in the house. Now she send me a notice through the court that she wants half of the share in the house. What must I do in this situation

Is this the same even in cases of agreements of care for children? Is there any way that I could change an agreement regarding financial help for a child?

I was with my partner for 13years. I got paid out less then what we paid for on the house just so she could kept it. We lived in it for 4 years. I agreed to her terms while in an emotional state as she ended the marriage. However the house is/was worth alot more then what we paid for. I also didn't include the car or things in the house. So I only took like 30% or less..is there anyway to reclaim the 50% I was initially entitled to?
