I love this whole series of videos. Thank you so much! Please could you add time stamps in the description box? I’ve watched so many times and I want to get to the exercises more easily during my routine.

Thank you Ali, The series of videos have helped me So much with my side hip pain(most of 2020 :-/). I understand about the exercises suggested in your video and why you were not able to do any exercises as an example in the video it really makes sense. I hope that you will continue with this series any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I really like your manner of explanation.

This video series has been very helpful. I have been unable to find a physical therapist, orthopedist or rheumatologist who knew how to address this for me. People don't seem to realize how bad it is for me because the pain is so variable.

Why don’t you demonstrate the exercises.

So in general, should menapausal women be doing their tendon strengthening routine every other day? Or every third day? Would only twice a week be enough to build strength?

Unfortunately this is not helpful at all. The title is misleading title as you don't demonstrate any exercises at all. Surely you could demonstrate a few so we can understand what you mean and we can make a start. I can't afford to see a physiotherapist so would appreciate exercises so I can help myself. 😥

Got to try this... I tend to sleep on my left side and sit leaning left on couch watching TV. Just sitting up and sleeping on my right side for 5 days made a big difference!

Thanks for the helpful video. People want a quick fix don’t they?! I have learnt that watching videos to help with my wrist has made my shoulder much worse. So you are right it’s not a one size fits all remedy. For it to be RIGHT the individual needs to see a professional.

Would you be able to suggest some exercises for someone like me who has backpain and a recovering hip pain (finally my hip pain is getting better after having it for 1.5 year) 🙏

The issue is most physios I have been to do not give rehabilitation programs. They just treat the symptoms with manipulation or other tools. Makes me feel very frustrated because they either don't know how to rehabilitate or just don't want to. They take your money but don't make an effort to educate. I have some good basic knowledge abiut the joints and muscles etc. The system angers me.

I've got this. Either it came after I got sick with MCAS/started taking beta blockers, or due to covid. I got severe backpain when it started with suspected cauda equina syndrome but MR never revealed anything. The back pain went away but it went to the hips instead and now I have erectile dysfunction. The weirdest part is that I can achieve erection if I tilt my hips in sideways when lying on my back while trying to get an erection. I don't know how it's connected or how I can get my normal erection back.

What a totally USELESS video! Video 5 in the series tells you what stretches NOT to do. So I came here to see what I should do (advertised as "Exercises that can help") and you just rambled on and said you weren't going to show any exercises because they don't suit everybody! How is that helping anyone???
