This video is for anyone who feels lost in the deep, unimaginable pain of losing a child. Many people feel trapped in their grief, believing they can never heal. I understand this feeling all too well. Drawing from my own experiences, I gently challenge this belief, offering a compassionate yet practical approach to moving through grief with the Mentally STRONG Method.

I explain how I channelled my grief to develop a structured approach to healing. Instead of trying to "fix" the grief, I chose to confront it. I take you through my 45-day journey of controlled grief, emphasizing that grief isn't something to be cured but rather understood and processed in a healthy, sustainable way.

If you're navigating the uncharted waters of losing a child, my approach encourages you to find resilience by acknowledging your journey as it is—without the pressure to "fix" anything. Healing means cherishing the bond that remains and allowing yourself to live fully, even in the presence of grief. You are mentally strong, and this journey is about honoring that strength in your own unique way.

I developed the Mentally STRONG Method as a practical approach to help you navigate complex emotions and life challenges. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, this method combines effective thinking, organized processing, and intentional decision-making. By categorizing thoughts and emotions, it empowers you to separate grief, self-doubt, and other struggles, allowing you to focus on healing and personal growth in a structured, compassionate way.

I am so sorry for your loss. I just lost my 52 yr old daughter who was my best friend. I now belong to a "club" that I wish I never had to join but our children have their own destiny and "so many breaths" as do we and accepting that is a big part of my grief work. Its a day at a time! Blessings to U and all grieving their beloved children! XJudy
