INTJ here. The only gesture I could see some use for would be a facepalm, but in real life the most I will actually do is a raised eyebrow, and even that seems excessive. If I had to go on a stage, I'd make sure I am drunk first. And on painkillers.

I can let loose (I always dance at concerts, etc) but when I have to follow other people’s directions in a way that feels cheesy or ingenuine, I seize up. I’m surprised Russell could even do this.

As an infp with polar Se, coordination is a whole different level of struggle 😂
Sometimes at PE I learn things twice as slow and it gets embarassing

I'm ISTJ and I'm slow to adapt with scenarios changes (home, school, work...), with INTJ this would be way worse

There is nothing wrong with an intj's coordination. The problem is with random dumb movements or acts.
