So the rock he skipped took place in France so the black plague started there, when the Rock skipped in the river, the river evaporated so the French took the Rock then made it into a mousetrap, fast forward to 1986 the Rock from the black plague was founded by a Ukraine person and brought back to Ukraine so they turned the Rock into a hammer and fix the chernobal plant with the hammer, 12 years later... 1998 The Rock that the traveller skipped caused a earthquake underwater from the Rock so the Waves grew overtime I think... so it caused the epstein island to get destroyed, fast forward 21 years later one of the Rubble from the epstein Island floated all the way to China so they made it into a rubbish bin and the man who threw away the bat saved the world by throwing it away...

The Chernobyl Reactor wasn't "broken" it's design had flaws.
It wasn't secured properly, and when it exploded it was kept secret until it was too late to truly fix.

Funnily enough if you think about it this is not completely illogical.

That rock that he skipped might have been used by some guy to kill another guy, but since he threw the rock, this time the guy that was supposed to die survived and the other guy died. Hence significantly changing history which snowballs into more changes
