Many people ask if it's okay to Lion's Mane alongside other nootropics and in most cases it should be okay, but do feel free to ask regarding a specific stack over here, or at our discord chat (found in the video description).

Michael I’m so glad I came back to your channel and saw this video. I just recently began taking lions mane again after being without it for a month. It’s been about four days now and I have already noticed that I definitely feel more balanced and less stressed out. I do believe that Lions mane has made a huge difference.

Demotivating ? I've never experienced that at all, even after the effects have subsided. I thought overall it was a very motivational type feeling and it gave me boosts of mental energy. The Dreams though FOR SURE, quite amazing how many lucid dreams I had within 4 nights actually. 2 the first night, 2 the next and skipped 1 day and another 2. it's incredible.

I've suffered with severe ADHD which made me get bullied throughout my school experience. Although this did not cure my ADHD, I can say that it has improved my cognitive function t a degree.

Y'all are you taking too much. One tab a day works perfect for me. I can feel the increased activity in my brain. When take more then that. My brain is focusing too hard. Can't let go of certain points of focus. With a lower dose I have a subtle effect that is comfortable and an unintrusive feeling. Not disturbing, but with better clarity, focus, empathy and Easyer to grab facts from memory. Etc.

Thanks! I have trigeminal neuralgia. I've been taking taurine, lion's mane, and B complex and have been pain-free for over 2 years.

Lions mane seems to increase my Depersonalization...it sucks because this stuff makes me focused..perform better...sharper..but it makes me feel dissociated and like im living in a movie or a dream.

Pretty much lost all interest in sex when taking Lion's Mane but paired with Tongkat Ali which brought it back. I believe the combination of these two has made me more ambitious, creatively solve problems and have more drive.

6:49 talks about a man going into intensive care and immediately switches to call is a 9/10 LMAO. My humor is dead

Dysphoria from erinacin E. How to get rid of it? I stopped taking mycelium because it causes me dysphoria from the kappa opioid receptor agonist erinacin E. Is there any benefit of lion's mane fruiting bodies ? it does not have erinacin E but is it good for the brain ? anyone have experience with fruiting bodies ? and is there any livehacks to get rid of erinacin E ?

Lions mane frustrates me. It’s great for boosting my mood but it makes me lazy as hell - zero motivation on it, which I find strange as it’s supposed to boost productivity but not with me.. so I don’t take it anymore

I love your grading in this video. The colours are so vivid. It gets across the vibe of Lion's Mane being a cognitive stimulant, visually.

Oddly, Lion's mane doesn't give demotivation. Lion's mane is slightly stimulating and anxiety-inducing for me. I had started taking Lions Mane about a month ago. Had my first biking accident in 6 years of cycling. I suspected the stimulation from the lion mane was responsible, but it took a few weeks to confirm; now I'm sure it is. The anxiety and stimulation goes away pretty quickly after a couple of hours though. Overall, It's been a positive experience.

I had a really bad day at work, but I was able to complete all the tasks at the end of the day. And when I look back, I couldn’t imagine I handled those difficult situation all by myself. It’s all thanks to lion mane

I just want to say, great work! This was digestible and at the sane time jam packed with so much info. It’s like whatever questions I might of had at the end were already thought of and given brief attention. Youve made a new subscriber with me. And im convinced that these nootropics are worth it because of how organized your thoughts are LOL
